CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our products are handmade and made on order, we follow a strict NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Also, most of our orders are shipped on the same day. In rare case, we can make an exception but you need to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order for cancellation.

PrettyNails adheres to a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

Orders once executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever.

RETURN POLICY

Since our products are carefully handmade and are un-damageable during shipping, we follow a NO RETURN POLICY.

However, if you still find an issue with the product, you can mail us at [email protected], along with the details of your complaint.

Our customer care team will handle the complaint accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place an order at prettynails.in, it usually take 3-4 business days to be delivered to your location. If you are from Mumbai, your order will be reach you on the same day or next working day.

We provide free shipping on all orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

Domestic orders (within India) can be paid through UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
